We stand for quality and service. We deliver quality through our perfectly maintained quality bikes and we deliver service through the home delivery of customized bikes. To achieve this, we need maximum information about your measurements and wishes. You can easily reserve this on our website.

Important for a quality rental:

• The bicycles are delivered in perfect condition, always notify Alta Bike Rental as soon as possible in the event of damage or accident;

•  Renting a bike is possible from 1 day, with a rental from 10 days or a group of more than 5 people (from weekly rental) we make a personal offer;

•  Upon delivery of the bicycle, the rent and the deposit must be paid;

•  Your identity card can be requested;

• The deposit per bicycle is € 200, which we ask to pay in cash to avoid transaction costs.

•  Your own pedals or our rental pedals are assembled by us upon delivery;

•  We are happy to mount your GPS device on the bike, so don't forget to bring your support;

•  Would you like your own saddle and / or power meter on the rental bike? We assemble these with pleasure;

•  Every bicycle comes with a bicycle pump, a bag with a spare tire and tire tractors;

•  Electric bicycles are always delivered with a 100% charged battery. The charger for these bikes is always included

Options

•   Pedals: we have rental pedals of the type Shimano Race (SPD SL), Shimano SPD and LOOK Keo. These can be rented for € 5 per rental.

•   Helmet: is mandatory in Spain! Does he take up too much space in your luggage? Reserve this in advance so that one is ready for you. Did you forgot your helmet? Let us know as soon as possible by telephone. We have high-quality helmets and can be rented for € 5 per rental.

•   CARBON WHEELS Miche. These can be rented for € 10 per day or € 60 per week. If available, a choice can be made from 38mm or 50mm high rims. We agree this by email after the reservation.  

• Bicycle insurance: for € 25/week per rental you are insured up to an amount of € 500. For more information see coverage conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

FREE CANCELLATION of your booking up to 14 days before the start of your rental period. After this period the full amount of your rental will be charged excluding to options such as pedal hire, helmet hire and insurance costs.
